We offer unique expertise in specialty mechanical work.
“What sets us apart is that we are true mechanical contractors. We can design a system, we can make the sheet metal that you need for the system, and we work well with other trades that are needed to give you a complete package. We want customers to know that all they have to do is call us, tell us what they need, and we’ll take it from there.”
—Toni Cooper, Sr. Office Administrator
Providing high-quality, comprehensive services
Our abundant experience with diverse tasks allows us to succeed with even the most specialized and unique jobs. We relish a challenge, and some of our favorite projects are particularly unusual and require innovation.
On top of the design, planning, and installation operations, we’re skilled at fabricating all the necessary parts. Thanks to our integrated facilities, we complete most projects entirely in-house, without needing to subcontract. Moreover, our cohesive team is flexible and works collaboratively with others. In the unlikely scenario that an outside contractor is necessary, we’ll handle all the work and coordination for you.
Accordingly, we’re able to run a process that’s more organized and efficient than our competitors. As a self-sufficient entity, we excel in internal communication. All employees are in constant contact with each other via telecommunication, allowing us to easily and quickly transmit documentation to customers, support teams, and staff.
Working within your parameters
At Darrow, we believe that completion is only part of a job well done. Beyond simply finishing a job, we aim to execute the operation in a manner that abides by your every need. Are you working within a budget? We’ll put together a list of the economic options.
Granted, we’ll always be honest and inform you if something is suboptimal or may compromise safety. But as long as it makes sense and is within the realm of possibility, we’ll seek to fulfill all your requirements.
Taking full responsibility
No matter how big or small a project may be, we treat the client’s property with the utmost respect. We never borrow customer’s equipment; for instance, we always use our own brooms, ladders, dumpsters, etc.
Once we’re finished, we leave the area as we found it. No trash, fingerprints, or smudges get left behind. After a completed project, you won’t know we were ever there—aside from a newly installed system that works better than before.
